Join Alloy Brewing as we welcome local cheesemonger Kerry Jerred in an evening of beer and cheese. Your reservation includes six cheeses to pair with six 5 oz beers – Kerry will chat with us about the cheese and beer pairings and give us a little insight into why cheese and beer really are a match made in heaven.
I have worked as a Cheesemonger since 2012 at a local grocery store. Originally I am from the dairy state of Wisconsin, where all great Cheesemongers come from! Graduate of UW Madison(GO BADGERS!!) and member of The American Cheese Society. Particularly interested in the production methods, history, serving methods and enjoyment of fine Artisan cheeses. Artisan cheese can be intimidating for some, and so I’m there to help educate and select cheeses for any event.
