Special Event Request Form
Have an event coming up and looking to have it at Alloy? Fill out the form to the right and we will be in contact with additional details and availability.
Currently we are only accepting requests for private events on Monday afternoon/evenings or Saturday/Sunday mornings.
Pricing: starting at $500 (+ 20% Bartender Gratuity) for 3 hours (Includes up to $300 beer/beverage tab for your guests)
Frequently Asked Questions
Beer/Beverage Tab: Your guests can choose from tap beer, hard seltzer/soda (as available), water, soda or kombucha.
End time of event: Up to 4 hours of additional time may be added at a rate of $50/hour. The latest an event can take place is 10 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Food & Catering: Outside food is allowed and welcomed, however needs to be discussed with Alloy prior to the event. We can also help you to get in contact with food trucks licensed with the city of Coon Rapids to support your event (minimum orders may apply). We also have a variety of snacks available for purchase in the taproom.
Event Space: Events that occur outside of normal hours of operation have the entire brewery to themselves! We have a spacious taproom and an outdoor patio (tent/heaters available in fall/winter).
